Terms of service
Version 2026-09-06 · Clear terms for your organization.
1. Software only. We never sell billing services.
We provide software, not billing, coding, collections or RCM services. We will not contact, solicit or market to your clients.
2. Your clearinghouse is yours, not ours.
Your accounts, payer enrollments and EDI/ERA connections stay in your name. We transmit only under credentials you hold and can revoke. Export your data as CSV and your original X12 files at any time. No lock-in and no exit fee.
3. One flat published price.
The monthly software fee, listed per-client fee and per-claim overage are the only usage charges; never a percentage of collections. Price changes are announced 60 days ahead and never applied retroactively. Billing firms share included claim usage across their clients. The listed monthly client fee applies in the month a client is added; historical finalized invoices remain unchanged.
4. Patient information.
A signed BAA with Medbill is required before any PHI is uploaded. Until then, an account accepts configuration only. Billing firms are responsible for their own BAAs with their clients. A checkbox or software setting does not execute a BAA.
5. Your data.
You own your data. We use it only to provide the service. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days of export.
